TEMPERATURE:
  • Performance: Room should be above 16° C (60° F).
  • Machine Settings:
    • Polyolefin and Shrink Bundling Films: Start at 163° C (325° F)
    • PVC Films: Start at 135° C (275° F)
    • Adjust temperature and tunnel speed as needed for desired appearance.

USAGE:
  • Avoid using with an extension cord which can overheat or create voltage drops, electrical hazards and inadequate power supply.
  • Will not create an airtight seal.
  • Speed: 40' per minute
  • To Prevent Overheating: Set temperature to 27° - 32° C (80° - 90° F) and run for 15-20 minutes when shutting off.
