Return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund.

- Write the Return Authorization Number/Order Number on the outside of the package.
- Send the item back to your local Uline facility; Click here for a list of Uline addresses.
If Uline or the manufacturer is at fault, Uline will send you a UPS ARS label to return the product free of charge. Call Uline Customer Service at 1-800-295-5510 for the return label and for help
obtaining a replacement item.
Otherwise the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
Repairing an item
In certain circumstances, Uline will issue "loaner" items while the original
item is being repaired. The loaner item must be returned when the original item
is repaired.
